73Rachel "Rae" Tossey, 101, of Kailua, a homemaker, died at home. She was born in Koloa, Kauai. She is survived by son Gerald R., daughters Patricia S. Tossey and Maureen M. Yamasaki, brother Henry Lee, sister Mildred Bender, five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Saturday at Holy Trinity Catholic Church.
