81Carol A. Kelekoma, 50, of Kapaa, Kauai, a homemaker, died in Wilcox Memorial Hospital. She was born in Lihue. She is survived by husband Jeffrey K. Sr.; sons Jeffrey Jr., Justin and Brandon; daughters Tina K. Miyoshi, and Joann, Justine, Jamilyn and Carol Ann Kelekoma; brothers Clyde, Glenn and Clayton Higa; sisters Cindy Delima and Lisa Higa; and 10 grandchildren. Services: 9 a.m. to noon Saturday at Garden Island Mortuary. Burial to follow at Lihue Public Cemetery.
