Ralph "Lee" Williams Jr., 61, of Keopu, Hawaii, and St. Louis, the owner of Lectro Engineering Co. and a Navy veteran, died at home. He was born in St. Louis. He is survived by wife Kimberly, son Bryan, daughter Brandi Yarman, stepmother Ruth, sisters Patty Greene and Sandy Ebeling and two grandchildren. Private services.
