Charles G. "Butch" Hanohano, 68, of Hono-kaa, Hawaii, a retired Hawaii County Police Department officer and an Army veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Lynne; daughters Trisha Kishida, Heidi Kainoa and Amber Christensen; brothers Mike and Mark "Dutch"; sister Jackie Shannon; nine grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Inurnment: 12:45 p.m. Thursday at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe. Casual attire. No flowers.
