76Jeffrey Allen Dallas, 53, of Kailua-Kona, a plumber, died in Kailua-Kona. He was born in Merced, Calif. He is survived by wife Rhonda; sons Mitchell and Nick; daughters Savannah and Candice Dallas, and Bridgette Grider; brother James; sisters Judy Carper, Jackie Dallas-Cox and Janeen Able; and seven grandchildren.
