Leon Seifalla Luce, 62, of Papaikou, Hawaii, a retired psychiatric nurse at the Hawaii State Adult Mental Health Division, Hilo Medical Center and Life Care Center of Hilo, and an Army veteran who served in the Vietnam War, died at home. He was born in Los Angeles. He is survived by wife Khadiga "Nonna," son Ari, daughter Vanda Luce Epstein, brother Larry, sister Laura Brown and two grandchildren. Private services.
