Carl Mailani "Sonny" Lorenz, 87, of Honolulu, an American Fidelity Life Insurance Co. general agent and an Army veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Sylvia K.; son Charles R.; daughters Andrea L. von Lossberg, and Lucinda A., Jane M. and Mary L. Lorenz; brother Jim; sisters Dorothea West, Myrtle McNees, Marion Catto and Mabel Saffery; 11 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 10 a.m. Friday at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary. Services: 11 a.m. Aloha attire. No flowers.
