79Claybourne "Braddah Smitty" Smith, 60, of Hilo and Laupahoehoe, Hawaii, a musician and minister at Ke Ola Mau Loa in Waimea, Hawaii, died at home in Hilo. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Suzanne M.; sons Psalm, Zion and Luka D. Smith, and John Merritt-Filkins; daughters Jena and Zele Smith, Eva Ayau, Jenifer Lustig, Laura Victor and Ashley Espaniola; brother Charles; sister Haulani Wong; and numerous grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. Thursday at Dodo Mortuary. Services: 7 p.m. Additional visitation: 9 a.m. Friday at the mortuary. Burial to follow at Alae Cemetery. Aloha attire. Flowers and lei welcome.
