73Epefania Galingan, 87, of Lihue, a Wilcox Memorial Hospital housekeeper, died in Wilcox Memorial Hospital. She was born in Ilocos Sur, Philippines. She is survived by daughters Wilma Raval and Lolita Mabini; brothers Eleuterio, Samuel, Arsenio and Rodolfo Ballesteros; sisters Magdalena Pascua, Priscilla Ballesteros and Florida Leones; five grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 8:30 a.m. Saturday at Immaculate Conception Church, Lihue. Mass: 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Kauai Memorial Gardens. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
