Jack Lee Ferguson, 80, of Kailua-Kona, a retired self-employed attorney and a Marine Corps veteran, died at home. He was born in Richmond, Kan. He is survived by wife Madeleine; son Angus Fergusson; daughters Seana Nightingale; Robin Davis and Valerie Forde; brother James; sister Seana McGowan; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Services in California.
