83Andrew Kazutoshi "Andy" Onitsuka, 74, of Ewa Beach, an employee of Holmes & Narver and the City and County of Honolulu, died in Aiea. He was born in Ewa. He is survived by wife Bella, sons Tony and Chris, mother Ethel M., brothers Clarence and Earl, and sisters Beatrice Okino, Deanna Sato and Faith Hoo.
