Augustin Amay, 76, of Honolulu, a retired Aliamanu Intermediate School head custodian and an Army retiree, died in Honolulu. He was born in Haina, Hawaii. He is survived by daughters Duana Salcedo, Maria Sugai and Bonny Garcia; brother Julio "Jimmy"; and a grandchild. Visitation: 6 p.m. Thursday at Borthwick Mortuary. Services: 7 p.m. Additional visitation: 9:30 a.m. Friday at Cathedral of Our Lady of Peace. Services at noon. Burial: 2 p.m. at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe. Casual attire.
