72Frances Joy "Fran" Dumlao, 58, of Kihei, Maui, a former assistant controller at Maui Prince Hotel, died in Maui Memorial Medical Center. She was born in Puunene, Maui. She is survived by husband Cristopher, daughters Cathie Sandi and Melissa Ige, brothers James and Dexter Sandi, and two grandchildren. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at Ballard Family Mortuary.
