He is survived by wife, Rose T. Higa; sons, Glen (Tracy) Higa, Clyde Higa, Daren Higa; daughter, Joyce (Larry) Ruiz; brother, Masatoshi "Toshi" (Ann) Higa; sister, Lorraine Teruya; grandchildren, Ian Tiffany, Colin Erin.
Visitation 10:00 a.m. Thursday (July 26) at Mililani Mortuary Makai Chapel; Memorial Service 10:30 a.m. Burial 1:00 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual Attire. No flowers, please.
