75Bounchanch Phanthavong, 81, of Honolulu, a retired landscaper and Laotian military veteran, died. He was born in Laos. He is survived by wife Sio; sons Khampheng and Somsack Phanthavong, and Syce Love; daughters Singh and Noy Phanthavong, and Nicole Kobashigawa; 15 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
