Elaine Hauoli Ana Mullaney, 68, of San Jose, Calif., a cosmetologist, died in San Jose. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by brothers Oliver "Buddy" and Ronald, and sister Leonie Randall. Services: 3 p.m. Sunday at Sans Souci Beach. Scattering of ashes to follow. Beach attire. No flowers.
