79Elsie Nobuko Motoyama, 89, of Honolulu, a retired State of California secretary, died in Maunalani Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband Itsuro G., brother James Afuso and sister Mary Murakawa. Visitation: 5 p.m. Monday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m. Casual attire.
