Lance Isao Okasaki, 50, of Makaha, a tile setter and an Army veteran, died at home. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by companion Florence "Ala" Campos, sons Jason D.I. Asuncion and Lance I. Okasaki Jr., daughters Ashley T. Avilla and Alayna S. Okasaki, father Leslie M., mother Fay J. Soares, sisters Lynn Y. Phelps and Kim Dahl, and four grandchildren. Private services.
