83Robert Lee Butler, 90, of Waikiki, a Western Airlines captain, died at home. He was born in Middletown, Ohio. He is survived by wife Antonie "Toni," son Phil, daughters Gayla Elliot and Cindy Lembke, stepson Mark Pfister and stepdaughter Kay Shearer. Celebration of life: 3 p.m. Friday at Waikiki Elks Club.
