76Spencer W. Springer, 74, of Kailua, a retired Honolulu Police Department lieutenant, died at home.He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Kealoha, son Sean, daughter Sabrina, sisters Leinaala Lancaster and Beverly Addington, and three grandchildren. Visitation:9 a.m. Wednesday at Oahu Cemetery Chapel.
