LOUIS (LOU) KRAMER ACH
LOUIS (LOU) KRAMER ACH Passed away peacefully in Honolulu October 31, 2012 at 95. Born in Cincinnati October 3, 1917, he attended Walnut Hills H.S., Harvard Univ. (1939), and Stanford Bus. Schl. (1941). Lou served in the Army Air Force (1942-46), and began computer programming at RAND (1956). In 1962, Lou moved to Oahu, and programmed computers for the Navy until retiring (1995). He also volunteered for Big Brothers and the Office of Consumer Protection. A badminton and tennis player, sailor and swimmer, Lou enjoyed friends, family, and the outdoors. Remembered for his humor and generosity, he will be missed immensely. Survived by his wife, Norann Neet of Honolulu, daughter Julie Elise (JoeMike) of Bandera, TX, son Jeffrey Ach (Cheryl) of Webster, NY, daughter Sally Grange (Todd), and daughter Kerry Ach (David), both of Carbondale, CO. Survived by former spouse Marcella Ach, 4 grandchildren, 2 step-grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by brother Samuel Ernest Ach (2010) and former spouse Marian Natorp (2002).
