Matthew J. Drag, 38, of Honolulu, a Navy veteran and executive assistant to the commander, Submarine Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet, Pearl Harbor, died in Washington, D.C. He was born in Ann Arbor, Mich. He is survived by wife Monika Hagalid-Drag; daughter Isabella; mother Jane Drag-Ragen; stepfather Jerry Ragen; brothers Daniel, Steven, James and Robert; and sisters Kathy Richardson, Karen Koopman and Patricia Taylor.
