80Patrick Kamaka "Pat" Cullen, 81, of Honolulu, a retired Okada Trucking heavy equipment operator, died. He was born in Waianae. He is survived by sons Patrick Jr. and Daniel, daughters Dawn and Deborah, brother Jerry and sister Annie "Kaimu" Lee. Visitation: 10 a.m. Saturday at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary. Services: 11 a.m. Burial: 10 a.m. Nov. 19 at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe.
