Misioka Vele, 58, of Kapolei, a Securitas security guard and an Army veteran, died in Tripler Army Medical Center. He was born in Aoa, Pago Pago, American Samoa. He is survived by caregivers Vise Maugaotega. Visitation: 9 a.m. Wednesday at Lighthouse Outreach Center, 94-230 Leokane St., Waipahu. Services: 10 a.m. Burial: 2 p.m. at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe.
