Walter Akira Okudara, 81, of Honolulu, a retired Hawaiian Electric Co. department manager and an Army veteran, died at home. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Alice K.S.; son Kelly; daughters Kim and Keri-Ann Okudara, and Karen Naidas; brothers Ben and Paul; sisters Judy Malloy, Mae Wathall and Juliet Shimabukuro; six grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Visitation: 5 p.m. Nov. 15 at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
