Evelyn Tsugie Shiroma, 96, of Pearl City, a retired Waikiki Snack Shop waitress, died inHonolulu. She was born inHana, Maui. She is survived by daughters Joan S. Oshiro, Linda S. Nitta and Mary Ann N. Evers; sisters Leatrice Goya andPatsy Akamine; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Private services.
