Jackie Tadashi Higa, 79, of Paradise, Calif., a retired painter and an Army veteran, died in Paradise. He was born in Piihonua, Hawaii. He is survived by brother Yukio and sisters Doris Iwano, Sally Tokunaga and Edith Higa. Services: 10 a.m. Saturday at New Hope Metro, Honolulu. Casual attire. No flowers.
