Mike worked as a surveyor for the Hawaii Insurance Bureau for three years before joining Liberty Mutual Insurance Company in 1973. In 1993, Mike joined Alexander & Alexander - Hawaii (now Aon Risk Solutions Inc.) as a Senior Risk Control Consultant.
