William Toshiyuki Hirata
Age 91, of Waipahu, passed away on October 29, 2012. Born in Honolulu, he was a retired U.S. Postal Service clerk at the Pawaa/Makiki station. A member of 442nd Regimental Combat Team, he is survived by his wife, Kikue Miura Hirata; sons, Merlyn (Emiko), Creighton (Tammy), and Lawson Hirata; grand- children, Dennis, Jordan, Lisa and Justine. Visitation from 5:00 p.m. Monday, November 19, 2012, at Hosoi Garden Mortuary; funeral service 6:00 p.m. No flowers. Aloha attire.
