Richard H. Shikuma, 95, of Hilo, a retired Hawaii County Police Department captain and chief fiscal officer, former manager at Security Title Corp. in Hilo and an Army Military Intelligence Service veteran who served in World War II, died in Pohai Malama Hospice. He was born in Honohina, Hawaii. He is survived by son Dr. Craig, daughter Rae Loui, brother Atoru, sister Helen Yanagihara and four grandchildren. Private services. No monetary offerings.
