81Gail Nakamura Matthews, also known as Gail Nakamura Lam, 67, of Honolulu, a retired state Department of Education teacher at Kalihi Uka Elementary School and former Pan American World Airways flight attendant, died at home. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by daughter Dr. Summer Lam and brother James Nakamura. Visitation: 5 p.m. Friday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m. Aloha attire.
