72Mekonnen Hi‘ialolawakua Belay, infant son of Amare and Chantelle Soto of Wahiawa, died in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is also survived by sister Addis; grandparents Belay Gonfa, Etenesh Debele, David and Sharlene Rodrigues, and Clyde and Vanessa Soto; and great-grandparent Eleanor Nihipali. Visitation: 9 a.m. Wednesday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Services: 10 a.m. Burial: 11 a.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Aloha attire. Flowers welcome.
