82Perfecto Madriaga Ramirez, 95, of Kahului, a Wailea Ekahi grounds maintenance department retiree, died. He was born in Bantay, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. He is survived by son Celestino; daughters Aniceta Pilotin, Lilia C. Valdez, Victoria Paranada and Estrelita Pigao; brother Francisco; 12 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
