Paul Yutaka Yamashita, 91, of Honolulu, a retired U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs case manager and an Army veteran who served with the 442nd Regimental Combat Team, F Company, died. He was born in Hakalau, Hawaii. He is survived by sister Nancy Ho and numerous nephews and nieces. Visitation: 4 p.m. Tuesday at St. Patrick Church. Services: 5 p.m. Mass to follow. Committal services and inurnment: 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl.
