Wallace David Loo, 81, of Honolulu, an officer and dentist for the Navy, died in Straub Clinic & Hospital. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by sons Michael D. and Richard G., daughter Cynthia A. and four grandchildren. Burial: 11:30 a.m. Monday at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl. Casual attire.
