80Winifred K. Santiago, 68, of Honolulu died in Pali Momi Medical Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband Frederick H.; son Shannon; daughters Leona Santiago-Stephens, Miulene Pilanca, Brandy Lagon, Shao-lin Kusaka and Kourtney Santiago; brother Sanford Kuala; sisters Elizabeth Chew, Roberta Akina and Audrey Siangco; and 16 grandchildren. No services. No flowers.
