Arthur Fredrick Beaumont, 89, of Kailua, a Navy chief petty officer, died in Hale Ho‘ola Hamakua. He was born in Long Island, N.Y. He is survived by sons Richard and Renford, four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Services to be held at a future date.
