78Edith Borges Perreira, 90, of Kailua-Kona, a retired Hawaiian Telephone Co. telephone operator, died in Kona Community Hospital. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by son Walter Jr., daughter Valerie Perkins, brother Francis Borges, sisters Dorothy Wise and Ruth Bento, four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Private services.
