81Janet M. Hayashi, 86, of Honolulu, a homemaker, died in Scottsdale, Ariz. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by son Lawrence Y., daughters Sharon S. Bird and Gail M. Madriaga, six grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. Thursday at Diamond Head Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m. Burial: 10 a.m. Friday at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary.
