Minnetta Ann Welch, 70, of Keaau, Hawaii, a mechanical inspector, died in Life Care Center of Hilo. She was born in Minnesota. She is survived by husband Richard, daughters Diane Gutierrez and Shawna Salazar, brother Richard Tatley, four grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Private services.
