Ethan Allen Yoshio Okuhara, 16, of Lihue, a student, died at home. He was born in Lihue. He is survived by father Stanley, mother Cheryl Michioka and grandparents Allen and Hilda Michioka. Services: 4:30 p.m. Friday at Kauai Veterans Center.
