78Felicia Balaga Gabriel, 86, of Mountain View, Hawaii, a retired federal government executive secretary at Pearl Harbor, died at home. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband William M. Sr.; sons John A., William M. Jr., Stephen J. and Daniel; daughter Serena Botelho; eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. Friday at Dodo Mortuary.
