79Richard Torres Rafanan, 43, of Lynnwood, Wash., formerly of Wai;alua, a Waste Management driver, died. He was born in Sinait, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. He is survived by wife Clarissa D.; son Christopher; daughter Chelsea A.; parents Orlando Sr. and Irene T.; brothers Larry, Orlando Jr. and Nixon; sister Genna Vance; grandparent Rustica Torres; and two grandchildren. Visitation: 11 a.m. Saturday at Ewa Community Church. Services at noon. Scattering of ashes to follow at Papailoa Beach, North Shore. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
