She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by father Paul Ke-ola Adkins; mother Janelle S.K. Kupukaa; brothers Ikaika Kupukaa, Kawika Tautala-Kupukaa and Poki'i Adkins-Kupukaa; sister Lokihana; and grandparents Joseph and Janis Kupukaa. Visitation: 9 a.m. Monday. Casual attire.
