Nobuko Higa, 77, of Honolulu, a retired Imperial Hawaii Hotel seamstress, died in Kuakini Geriatric Care Inc. She was born in Mindanao, Philippines. She is survived by husband Fred S.; son Fred S. Jr.; brothers Yoshimitsu and Yoshitsune Oshiro; sisters Yoshiko Miyagi, Masako Uyehara and Masae Higa; and three grandchildren. Private services.
