69Shizuko Jakahi, 96, of Honolulu, a retired seamstress, died in Kuakini Medical Center. She was born in Honokaa, Hawaii. She is survived by sons Robert, Lionel, Kenneth and Warren; caregiver Sharon Liu; brother Ronald Yamane; sisters Dorothy Nakano and Shirley Taguchi; five grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
