76Busuke "Roy" Toguchi, 93, of Honolulu, a retired civil service supervisor of roads and grounds for Kadena Airfield in Okinawa, Japan, died in Honolulu. He was born in Kapaa, Kauai. He is survived by wife Hideko; daughters Linda F. Tanaka, Yolanda H. Sunada and Belinda L. Henriques; and eight grandchildren. Visitation: 10 a.m. Dec. 21 at Borthwick Mortuary.
