74Dianne Marie Naihe, 53, of Ukapia, Kauai, a teacher, social worker and Joe's on the Green waitress, died. She was born in Cherry Point, N.C. She is survived by husband Charles A.; sons Mahi‘ai R., Lawai‘a E. and Pahoa M. Naihe, and Ihe Maikalani; father John J. McCarthy; brothers Brian, Paul and Michael McCarthy; sisters Karen Edmondson and Carol Montgomery; and four grandchildren. Celebration of life: 10 a.m. Saturday at Anahola Beach Park; surfboards welcome.
