72Lance Noboru Sakagawa, 49, of Honolulu, a self-employed systems analyst, died at his family home in Kaneohe. He was born in Lihue. He is survived by father Norman, mother Janet and sister Deanne. Celebration of life: 6 p.m. Dec. 27 at Pali Golf Course, 45-050 Kamehameha Highway, Kaneohe. Aloha attire. No flowers.
