William Bayogo Bernal, 90, of Mililani, a retired bookkeeper with the federal government and an Army veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in the Philippines. He is survived by wife Josephine; daughters Carol Merrick, Tina Hashida and Sharon Gabayan; brother Jesus Poscusa; nine grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
